What is DPC?

Direct Primary Care is a unique, innovative model of medical care that is driven by the relationship between the physician and the family.  In this way the middle man (insurance) is not dictating care.  By becoming a member, you become part of the HomeGrown family.  Membership allows full access to Dr. Kate for annual physicals, acute care appointments, and telemedicine. While insurance is not needed to become a member of HomeGrown,  families are encouraged to carry insurance to cover possible labs, x-rays, immunizations, medications, or hospitalizations.
